We normally ship within the United Kingdom only. If you are non-UK, then please contact us for a personalised quotation. Though it is the buyers responsibility to check customs charges/duty on international shipping, and we would not be liable for any such charges/duty.

RETURNS:

Any postal expense incurred would fall upon yourself, the buyer.

Pre-Modified consoles usually carry a minimum warranty of 3-6 months. If you send us your console we guarantee the installation and chip for 3 months.

You should check at time of purchase if it doubt because some items may not carry a 3 month guarantee though most do. Items such as lasers and spare parts may not carry the 3 month guarrantee for instance - we may require you to contact us immediately if there is a problem. Our items are all security marked, and if you send us back an item other than one sold no replacement is issued. If we can clearly see bad treatment of an item, again a replacement would not be offered.
